Persons who are designated to respond in emergencies in the workplace who are not qualified first-aiders

Course content

By the end of their training, the delegates should be able to:

• respond when an accident happens by prioritising, working hygienically and quickly, and respecting blood and body fluids
• use the contents of a first aid box
• report accidents
• treat minor wounds, serious bleeds and shock
• assist someone who is unconscious
• deal with someone who needs CPR

Expiry Date of Certificate

 3 years from date of issue
