Course Content
CIEH-approved syllabus. By the end of the training, delegates will be able to:
- know the law in relation of food safety and handling
- state the main food safety hazards
- know how to take temperatures related to food
- understand refrigeration chilling and cold holding of foods
- understand hot holding of cooked food and re-heating
- know their role as a food handler
- be able to store food safely
- know how to keep food premises and equipment clean
- keep themselves and others safe
